Here is a list of some of our more popular varietals.

Cabernet Sauvignon (Woodbridge, California)

The King of Red Wines. A rich and deep colored medium to full bodied wine. A Radient wine with undertones of black currant and other exotic fruits.

Merlot (Lodi, California)

A superior wine for all occasions. A smooth rich flavor, subtle overtones of fruit, and a spicy bouquet make this wine the world's most popular.

Pinot Noir (Lodi, California)

A medium dark wine with hints of raspberry, blueberry, and spice.

Shiraz (Lodi, California)

A deep, rich and spicy red, with cedary oak flavors. It is bold with ripe tannins and has a tangy finish. Great with red meat.

Red Zinfandel (Lodi, California)

A truly delicious rich and fruity dry red wine. Appeals to every taste bud with a deep color, spicy tones, and aromas of blackberry.

"Family Dinner" 

A rich velvety wine with a fruity aroma. It has a very subtle spicy flavor with hints of peppercorn and cherries.  Has the same characteristics as Chianti.  

"Route 1 Red" 

Very dry dark red wine with a deep exotic flavor. A robust taste of plum, with a fragrant bouquet and oak undertones.  Has the same characteristics as Barolo.

"Hurricane Ration Red"

This medium bodied red has a unique fruity fragrance with slight oak undertones. Can be blended with fresh fruits to make and excellent summer sangria.  Has the same characteristics as Spanish Rioja.

"Salute"

The noblest of all red wines. A rich ruby color with a wonderful fragrance of raisin and spicy cherries. Dry and full bodied.  Has the same characteristics as Amarone.

Chardonnay (Woodbridge, California)

Very dry, yet full bodied white wine. Crisp, refreshing with hints of honey and apple. Excellent when slightly oaked.

Pinot Grigio (Lodi, California)

An excellent choice for any meal. Crisp and refreshing, yet pleasingly tart. One of Italy's most popular white wines.

Riesling (Lodi, California)

A light to medium bodied white wine. Very refreshing, fruity, and aromatic. It has a pleasing bouquet with a sweet finish.

Sauvignon Blanc (Lodi, California)

A light aromatic white wine. With earthy tones and subtle hints of fruitiness, this wine is the most popularly consumed white wine.

"Hurricane Ration White" 

A dry, light white wine. Soft undertones of apple and peach round out the full body of this wine.  Has the same characteristics as Pinot Blanc

"Snowbird Reserve"

A favorite of our Northern friends.  This is a sweet desert wine in the Ice Wine style.
